Job Title: Female Bartender

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, skilled, and service-oriented Female Bartender to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mixology, have strong communication skills, and ensure a memorable guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Greet guests, take drink and snack orders, and deliver in a timely manner.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations.
Monitor stock levels of all bar items and assist with inventory management.
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and use POS systems accurately.
Stay updated on new drink trends and suggest innovative cocktails.
Enforce responsible alcohol service policies.
Work collaboratively with the rest of the F&B team to support smooth operations.
Comply with all company policies and local alcohol regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or lounge setting.
Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog) are a plus.
Good knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails.
Presentable, friendly, and professional demeanor.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Must have a valid passport and be eligible to work in Oman.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in bartending or mixology.
Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene.
Previous experience in the GCC is an advantage.
