We are looking for a skilled and professional Spa Therapist specializing in Thai or Balinese therapies to join the wellness team at our luxury 5-star hotel in Oman. The ideal candidate will be passionate about holistic healing and delivering exceptional spa experiences, aligned with the standards of luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of spa treatments, including traditional Thai massage, Balinese massage, body scrubs, facials, and aromatherapy.
Greet guests professionally and ensure a personalized, relaxing experience.
Maintain the highest level of hygiene, cleanliness, and guest safety at all times.
Recommend suitable treatments and aftercare products based on guest needs.
Uphold confidentiality, discretion, and luxury service standards.
Support spa reception, inventory, and preparation when needed.
Report any guest concerns, equipment issues, or inventory needs to spa management.
Attend regular training and workshops to maintain skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a spa therapist in a luxury spa or 5-star hotel.
Formal training or certification in Thai or Balinese massage techniques is required.
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and spa product usage.
Warm, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Presentable, well-groomed, and committed to wellness culture.
Preferred:
Previous experience in GCC countries or international 5-star spa brands.
Knowledge of skincare treatments and spa retail products.
Willingness to relocate to Oman and work in a multicultural team.
