Job Title: Restaurant General Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of our restaurants in New Cairo. The GM will lead multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence, high service standards, team leadership, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full operations of multiple restaurant branches in New Cairo.
Lead, train, and develop restaurant managers and staff to maintain a culture of excellence.
Ensure consistent high-quality food, service, and cleanliness across all locations.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
Monitor sales, labor, inventory, and costs to meet financial targets.
Coordinate with HR on staffing, scheduling, and employee performance management.
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and food quality standards.
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and seasonal initiatives.
Prepare regular reports on operations, P&L, and KPIs for senior management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Restaurant GM or Multi-Unit Manager, preferably in a group setting.
Strong leadership, organizational, and people-management skills.
Deep knowledge of food & beverage operations, customer service, and restaurant finances.
Solid understanding of POS systems, inventory software, and scheduling tools.
Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze P&L statements.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
Flexible and hands-on leadership style, with the ability to work evenings/weekends when needed.
Preferred:
Previous experience in high-volume or fine dining operations.
Culinary knowledge and attention to detail in service execution.
Residing in or near New Cairo or willing to relocate.
